Brian D. Jenkins DC, DACNB, BCAO is a family based practitioner specializing in chiropractic neurology and the upper cervical spine.He has offices in Fair Oaks and El Dorado Hills, California. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Dr. Jenkins met and married Gina Wood, a Fair Oaks native. They are proud parents of two wonderful boys, and are happy to call Sacramento home.

Dr. Jenkins is an upper cervical (atlas) specialist. In 1999, he completed his Board Certification in the Atlas Orthogonal Technique (AO) through Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He is the only Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist in Sacramento County. This technique has proven to be very effective in promoting health, helping a multitude of conditions, and helping thousands of patients of all ages improve their quality of life.

Early on in his career, using the A.O. technique, Dr. Jenkins had some remarkable results while treating patients with various neurological and behavio u ral disorders. This motivated him to further his understanding of the relationship between the atlas adjustment and brain function. Thus began a journey that resulted in him becoming a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. He is the first doctor ever to hold board certifications in both the Atlas Orthogonal Technique and Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Jenkins finds the study of neurology exhilarating. He has accumulated over 1,000 hours of study including over 200 hours specializing in childhood learning disabilities, 150 hours in neurochemistry, and over 300 hours in traumatic brain injuries and concussions. This education has been inspiring for Dr. Jenkins, and he continues to strive to find the best possible treatments for his patients.
